These terms apply to business and professional use of oakmere.ai and the Oakmere Opportunity Diagnostic. The service is operated by Francis Donohue, trading as Oakmere, of Kilnhurst, Sandy Road, Rush, County Dublin, K56 TX95 (“Oakmere”). Contact: francis@oakmere.ai.
Oakmere helps you assess whether a business problem or improvement opportunity merits further investment. It does not provide legal, medical, clinical, accounting, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice. Outputs are decision support, not guarantees of savings, compliance, technical feasibility or implementation success.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide and for validating material assumptions before making an investment or implementation decision. Do not submit passwords, card data, patient data, confidential source documents or personally identifiable employee/customer information.
The free diagnostic provides an initial direction, including the likely problem pattern, solution direction, value signals, risks and the most important uncertainty. It is intended to stand on its own and does not require a purchase.
The paid Opportunity Brief is a digital decision-support deliverable for one opportunity. After successful payment you complete the Value Deep Dive and Oakmere generates a report containing value scenarios, assumptions, evidence confidence, solution/technology implications, risks and a validation plan. The report is based on the information supplied and Oakmere's stated modelling assumptions. Oakmere sends the purchaser a transactional email containing a secure recovery link to the report; the report page also provides a downloadable PDF. The recovery link expires automatically after 30 days.
Where offered, Business Case Qualification is a separate fixed-price service that starts from an Opportunity Brief. Francis Donohue reviews the assessment in advance. Oakmere will contact the purchaser within three working days to arrange a focused working session (normally 60–90 minutes). The updated decision artefact will be delivered within three working days after the session and receipt of any agreed outstanding inputs. One clarification round is included. The Opportunity Brief is a separate purchase and is the starting point for this qualification. The service pressure-tests scope, evidence, economics, implementation assumptions, dependencies, risks, controls and success criteria. It does not promise a supplier-ready implementation quote or certify technical feasibility where the necessary evidence is unavailable. The outcome may be to proceed, reshape, validate further or stop.
Oakmere uses fixed EUR, GBP and USD market prices where shown. The currency and amount displayed at Stripe checkout are the amount you authorise. Any VAT or other tax that Oakmere is legally required to charge will be shown before payment and/or on the relevant receipt or invoice. If Stripe offers an optional card-currency conversion, that conversion is provided by Stripe or the payment provider and is separate from Oakmere's selected billing currency.
The Opportunity Brief is a digital service that begins immediately after successful payment. Once the paid Value Deep Dive/report generation has begun, it is normally non-refundable except where required by law or where Oakmere cannot deliver the purchased report. If a technical problem prevents delivery, contact Oakmere and we will first try to restore or re-deliver the report and, where that is not reasonably possible, provide an appropriate refund.
For Business Case Qualification, you may ask to cancel or reschedule before the working session. If substantive preparation has not begun, Oakmere will normally provide a full refund. Once preparation or the working session has begun, any refund will reflect the undelivered portion of the service, subject to applicable law. Oakmere may reschedule by agreement where that is the more useful remedy.
AI-assisted reasoning is used for classification, question selection and narrative. Core financial calculations and payment controls are handled by Oakmere code. Oakmere separates known facts, estimates, assumptions and calculated outputs, but you should still verify material numbers and assumptions before relying on them.
Oakmere may restrict recommendations in clinical, legal, employment, credit, biometric, safety-critical or other consequential domains. Appropriate specialist advice remains your responsibility.
Oakmere's methodology, software, question frameworks, report structures and branding remain Oakmere intellectual property. You may use a purchased report within your organisation for business decision-making and may share it with professional advisers involved in that decision. You may not resell or republish Oakmere's methodology or product as your own.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oakmere is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a business or technology decision made using the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Oakmere's aggregate liability for a paid self-service assessment is limited to the amount paid for that service; liability for a Business Case Qualification is limited to the amount paid for that qualification, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Oakmere may improve or change the service over time. Material changes will not reduce a paid deliverable already purchased. Temporary interruption may occur for maintenance, security or provider outages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The Irish courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply in the customer's jurisdiction.
